Payment Policy

Secure payment facility is provided by PayPal.  Payment can be made by PayPal or by the credit card of your choice. All major credit cards are accepted.  All transactions are billed in Australian dollars.  Upon payment, a confirmation email will be sent to confirm goods purchased and value of order.

In the event that your credit card is declined we will not be able to guarantee delivery of your goods.  You can contact us to make alternative payment arrangements.

Items that are no longer available will be removed from the website and excluded from your processed order and therefore you will not be charged for them

Delivery

Delivery within Australia

Our orders are all sent via Australia Post.
Orders delivered within Australia will be charged at AU$10.00 per order.
Orders over $100 within Australia will be delivered free of charge.
Your delivery within Australia should be received within 7 working days, however remote destinations can take up to 10-14 working days.

Delivery internationally

We are happy to send orders internationally. Please email us prior to ordering and we will confirm postage rates
Orders sent to international destinations should be delivered within 5-10 working days, depending on individual customs regulations.
We reserve the right to change delivery rates at any time.  We also reserve the right to change the delivery fee for large orders.
